Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms before purchasing tickets or attending the event

Event: The Sheri Affair Presents Safed Heroes

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Entry is strictly for guests aged 18 years and above.
  • A valid ticket with a scannable QR code is required for entry.

2. Ticket Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the organizer.
  • Each ticket admits one person only.

3. Event Access & Rules

  • White attire is mandatory for entry.
  • Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the venue.
  • The organiser may refuse admission or remove any person for misconduct or non-compliance with these terms or venue rules.

4. Prohibited Items & Conduct

  • No outside food or beverages, alcohol, drugs, arms, hazardous items, or items deemed unsafe by security.
  • Smoking and chewing tobacco are not permitted inside the event area.
  • Please follow all security protocols and instructions from staff.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • If the event is cancelled due to natural disasters, government orders, or other unforeseen circumstances, your ticket value will be carried forward to a future event; no cash refunds.
  • The organiser may change the schedule, lineup, or venue without prior notice.

6. Liability & Safety

  • Attendance is at your own risk — the organiser is not liable for any personal injury, accident, illness, or medical condition occurring during the event.
  • The organiser is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Parking is at the vehicle owner’s risk.

7. Media & Privacy

By attending, you consent to photography and videography. Images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, India.
